Amazing fish and chips. Absolutely love this place. Have been going there for 30+ years and never had a single thing to complain about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice and great value for money.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Order was perfect but there was confusion with the riders as there were two deliveries in my area and the first rider came to me with a totally different order. All good in the end but very annoying. Great food, a lovely thick piece of cod.

Love this place, some of the best chips in Cardiff. Very popular place and eith good reason.
Parking: Parking can be hit and miss. No dedicated parking, lots of street parking in surrounding streets, however it's a very busy area and remaining spaces are privatised by the council (residents only).
Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Visited here on Saturday 24th of August 2024 with friends around 9pm
Avoid there is a slightly raised bar and uneven surface stepping into the shop my shoe got stuck which caused my foot to get injured on the bar my foot was pouring with blood, no sign posts to say there's a raised bar nothing to warn customers told the worker what happend and all he was doing was laughing. Asked for help and none was given absolutely disgusting and disgraceful customer service.
I'll be taking this further.
I had to visit A&E I now have stitches and having to take time off work.

Had a delivery through deliveroo tonight.Sorry but the food was dire, pukka pie lid was off and meat inside was all dried up.Chicken leg, dry with no meat on it very disappointed.

I ordered two large Cods, a Cod chunks and a small chips from this shop through Deliveroo. I was shocked when I received only three chips in the bag while there were no fish in the package. When I checked the attached delivery receipt, the order number and listed items were identical to what I ordered. Extremely bad experience specially with hungry kids awaiting for the food.
