“I recently had a lovely experience in the Cardiff store with a lady called Shana. I had been in and out of every store in Cardiff panic searching for an outfit for a wedding that was happening a few days later. I told Shana I needed a bag and she immediately asked what colour and told me she had the perfect dress for me out the back. They hadn’t gone out on the shop floor yet but she knew how well it would match - and it was perfect! She was incredibly kind, warm and smiley. She also signed me up to the member programme so I had some discount off. Really amazing experience - thank you!”

“I have always loved All Saints stuff, especially the more industrial shoes and leather jackets. I knew roughly what I was after when I went into the store. The staff were attentive without being pushy. They knew from the outset what I was after (I described it) and they knew they probably didn't have it as it wasn't the right season for it, but they went the extra mile to get certain items from stock that may have fitted the bill. They also looked online to show me other items that might be suitable. As I said, it was the wrong season for the kind of product I was after, so it was a no sale this time, but I can't fault the staff's enthusiasm and eagerness. They may well be on commission, but if they are they didn't show it as there was no pushing. A genuinely pleasant experience.”
