Rude Staff and Repeatedly Late Orders ? Avoid!
I?ve ordered from this takeaway a few times, and each time has been worse than the last. Orders are consistently late sometimes over an hour with no apology, no update, and absolutely no concern for the customer.
What?s even worse is how I?ve been spoken to when I?ve called to ask where my food is. The staff are incredibly rude, abrupt, and downright disrespectful. I was made to feel like a nuisance just for wanting the order I paid for.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and it?s happened more than once. I won?t be giving them another penny. If you value basic customer service and reliable service, look elsewhere!!

Customer service is dreadful always put on hold and find the lady on the phone is very blunt, this isn't just the one off its everytime I call, delivery times are also insane everyday

It?s just okay. Nothing special. Chips are dry and definitely not cooked fresh.
Chicken Chow mien was pretty tasteless, when I poured the curry sauce on for taste.. realised it was clearly burned (could smell a strong burning odour) it then ruined the food completely. Chicken balls are okay.. battered sausage had soft batter. Not my first choice.. wouldn?t willingly try it again

Cash only is a let down for such a new and modern looking building ,, when even burger and kebab vans have them ,,, and they charge for wooden forks! Which I find insulting when u spend £30/40 on food ,, food is ok but nothing special,, there is a better Chinese in the same village,,,

Nailed it. Possibly the best Chinese takeaway in the UK in the last 20 years (and I have tasted them in many cities).
Not oily. Good portions. Generous on vegetables. Good quality preparation.
Cheerful team serving you. Totally worth getting if you are feeling for Chinese food. Won?t disappoint.
(There is a reason they have been running for 45 years. Winning quality)

I thought I'd try this place as it looks modern and fresh.
Sadly I was left disappointed. The crispy beef tasted very fishy and seemed over fried. The wings, Singapore noodles and ribs (although looking amazing) were just tasteless. The staff were really friendly, it's just a shame the food let it down
