Rude staff, ridiculously complicated ordering system both in person and on the phone, lack of communication between staff and complete disrespect for customers
Such a shame as we enjoy the food here but we’ll have to take our custom elsewhere

Rude Staff and Repeatedly Late Orders – Avoid!
I’ve ordered from this takeaway a few times, and each time has been worse than the last. Orders are consistently late sometimes over an hour with no apology, no update, and absolutely no concern for the customer.
Customer service is dreadful always put on hold and find the lady on the phone is very blunt, this isn't just the one off its everytime I call, delivery times are also insane everyday
