Terrible ordered food and come with an item missing when we called they said we were basically lying and they had definitely put the item in. then was told to go and collect it but we had paid for delivery when asked for a refund was told I would have to go down and pick up the cash from them. Awful customer service was spoken to very rudely on the phone! Never ordering from here again!

Ordered food online with delivery and received all my food other than sweet and sour sauce so I called them and explained but was met with rude staff calling us liars, rowdiness between the workers on the phone and making it extra difficult just to bring back the sweet and sour sauce which was their own fault. They also said that if would?ve wanted a refund we would?ve had to go to the shop and ?pick it up ourselves? despite us paying for delivery.

The food was unfortunately overcooked, resulting in a mushy texture. The excessive grease detracted from the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the various sauces lacked distinct flavors. They seemed to share a common base, which made it difficult to differentiate between them. This significantly impacted the enjoyment of the meal.

Tried to order a delivery. The boy taking the order was extremely rude and abrupt. Shocking for the buisiness as the chicken curry is lovely.

Rang an hour after ordering, and too their credit it was delivered 5 mins later.Food was delicious. Far higher standard than the other chinese food places in the area.Would definitely recommend.

Worst chinese we've ever had.Curry sauce was so thick we couldn't pour it...absolutely tasteless.Couldn't finish the meal - don't waste your money.

We have been regularly ordering from this takeaway for a while now, we?ve never had any issues the food has all ways been hot and tasty and delivery drivers have always been pretty efficient for your standard takeaway. However our most recent order has been a complete anomaly. We ordered at around 7:30pm and waited patiently as it was a Friday night and assumed they would be quite busy. When we next checked the time it had been over 3 hours since we placed our order and nothing had arrived by then it was only a few minutes from their closing time and decided to not bother calling and attempt to get a refund. It was disappointing seems as we?ve never had a bad experience and have always enjoyed the food they send out?
