The nurses here are lovely, amazing and no quarrels, the admin staff however are a whole different story. Rude and incompetent as a general, sending me on a wild goose chase for blood forms all whilst laughing at me after having caused me to miss my blood test. Overall a very unpleasant experience with their admin team that i severely hope noone else has to experience.

Patients need to be told on the phone or in an email that when you arrive, you need to use the computer to say that you have arrived. Don't wait in the queue for 15 minutes to be told your 15 minutes late and your appointment has been cancelled.

Always a good experience with receptionists, nurses and doctors and the Klinic online contact system is superb - so much easier than phoning for an appointment.

Yet again, a seemingly ?lost? repeat prescription request for an asthma medication (this happens every one out of two compliant request generally).Then I have to undergo at least an hour on the phone in a queue trying to get answers.Last time I tried to rectify it, I ended up spending six hours of my time being sent to different pharmacies, being asked to call back at different times etc.A few years ago, I was suffering from a life threatening illness and was told to wait up to nine months for a referral.No way of raising a complaint or query via website as links in website don?t work. Really disappointed and will be taking advice.

Always had a positive experience with this practice treating myself and my daughter - the online Klinik system works very well making appointments - much better than waiting on hold on the phone for ages. Every member of staff I have met are very kind and I think they work exceedingly well considering the extreme pressures the NHS are under. They are very appreciated by us and I hope reviews like this can show they have a lot of support too.

My daughter has been poorly for a very long time (8+ weeks). Every visit to the doctors after an excruciating long wait (over a hour after given appointment time). I am pushed away with "it's viral, there is nothing we can do". I have never felt so let down by people that are supposed to help those within this society.

For months I have ordered my prescription on line and have known that the wait time was 48 hours, so why have Caldicot Medical group decided to have a 7 day wait for prescriptions and not communicate this to their patients? Unbelievable! I am now without my prescription as I work away ?

I recently used the Econsult service via the website and was very impressed. I received a phone call within the given timeframe, and offered an appointment that same day. The surgery was incredibly well organised on arrival, and the doctor was efficient, yet thorough. I really felt looked after!

It's not too bad now there are no patients in the surgery due to covid ?. Still have to penetrate the wall of misery that is reception - nothing changes there.

Today, I had an 8:40 appointment with the diabetes nurse. At 8:55 still no sign of the nurse (Mrs Godwin), when I approached the office behind reception, it took 3 attempts to gain their attention because the 3 ladies were busy .I left because of the following reasons;* No respect for patients ( the clinic receptionist who was in the office should have informed patients that there is a delay)* if the first appointment is this late, you?ll never catch up with appointment schedule.* You inform us of missed appointments, how many times do people leave because you run behind schedule or complain about you running late? I?d like to see the data if you record it.Disrespect for patients is a terrible thing, behaviour needs to change in 2020.I will be happy to discuss this with Mrs Waite or anyone else.

Fantastic Dr's, very considerate and friendly. As with any healthcare provider in the UK you tend to find a bit of a wait but personally, as healthcare professional, I consider anything under half hour pretty acceptable. Admin staff have occasionally been a bit abrupt but on the whole it's a good experience.
