I recently experienced an exceedingly disappointing level of service at this local petrol station, which has regrettably compelled me to share my grievances. Upon my visit, I encountered a persistent and widespread issue across all pumps designated for Ultimate Fuels ? each one was plagued by air locks. This defect is not merely a trivial inconvenience; it significantly extends the duration required to refuel a vehicle, turning what should be a swift and seamless process into a tedious ordeal lasting over five minutes. Such a malfunction disrupts the flow of service and undermines the station's commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.Compounding this already frustrating situation was a subsequent encounter that further exemplified the station's apparent disregard for customer experience. In dire need of inflating a deflated tyre, I approached the air pump service, a facility for which a nominal fee of fifty pence is charged. Expecting a quick fix, I completed the transaction via card payment, a fact promptly confirmed by a notification on my phone. Yet, to my dismay, the pump was inoperative, failing to deliver the service for which I had just been charged.Seeking resolution, I approached the station's staff with the hope of understanding or, at the very least, a practical solution. Instead, I was met with a disheartening level of indifference. The staff's response was dismissively brief, suggesting merely that I "use the other pump" without acknowledging the inconvenience caused or the fact that I had already incurred a charge for a service that was not provided. This interaction was emblematic of a larger issue within the station ? a fundamental lack of concern for customer service and satisfaction. This entire experience paints a stark picture of a petrol station where the quality of service and customer care is alarmingly deficient. It is not just about the technical problems with the pumps or the failure of basic facilities but about the pervasive attitude of apathy towards customers' needs and experiences. Such neglect not only tarnishes the station's reputation but also erodes trust and confidence among its clientele, leaving much to be desired in the realms of accountability and service excellence.

"BALTIC" hello! SNAP parking. It consists of two sites with more video cameras than parking spaces...))) Water can be collected at a passenger or truck BP gas station. There are toilets and showers (in the store, near the SNAP payment, you give the key to the truck and get a key to the shower). Quiet, clean and peaceful place. I was standing here at 45, everything was ok! (The attached photo and video were taken in the parking lot below..)

The parking lot is divided into two parts, the one behind the fence, (located below) SNAP, (not visible on GOOGLE maps, because it?s new), which is higher, payment by card or cash, it is located at an angle, it?s not convenient to stand

I wouldn't normally bother reviewing a fuel station but I just wanted to say that I was served by a staff member here who really needs to explore a different career path...he was aggressive and had zero customer service skills. Shame as the shop itself always has a good selection of food. But I'll need to go elsewhere as he has a real problem.

Use this place for food and fuel almost daily and spend a fortune but apparently I cant park my lorry on the forecourt to get food according to one of the guys who normally work behind the counter, but he was washing the forecourt, no respect for customers!! I will not be returning unless im desperate! Ive had to wait 40 miles for food. Denying a service that you provide doesn't look good on the company
