Very busy on bank holiday Monday, but staff managed it really well. Shout out to Mark the customer experience leader who happily helped a caravan stuck in the car park, helped customers in wheelchairs find a table and offered to take customers rubbish to sort in the recycling.

Well, I'm surprised and not at the same time.
The front of house cleaner allowed people from subway to eat their food inside while it was busy and people struggling to find a place to sit. Yet she said it's ok for a family of 4 to eat their subway in there as there wasn't anywhere for them to sit in subway. It's McDonalds not for external food to be brought in.
Food order was wrong (no surprise) and by the time we got it, the food was nearly cold, we eaten it and thought, yep this is typical McDonald's for you. The only place with low star ratings and people still seem to visit.
Sort your crew members out and don't allow them to sit people eating from subway there. They have zero allergen control over external food! Think Natasha's Law!!

The burger dripped with fat and the fries were as white as a potato. I do not recommend it.

It's a decent Mcd's, always very clean. Staff are always pleasant.
The main problem during Summer is due to the lay out it can become gridlocked with the drive thru, car park and petrol station.

Rating a McDonald's is a really dilemma. We are touching on philosophical territory. Their consistency is their strength and their weakness as an organisation. Meaning you can't tell them apart. Whether it's hunger, hangover or just a hankering they deliver, sometimes literally.

Old lanky lad who BY THE WAY WORKS HERE smoking weed right infront of our car as we were waiting for our food absolutely disgusting. We stopped here to get food and stretch and all we could smell was weed awful. He should be fired. ( by the way I come here often and this is the first time this has happened)

The App never works here. They always shut the ?24 hour? drive thru at 1am. They take about half an hour to do a small order. Do not waste your time here.

I?ve been to this McDonald?s before with my kids a few times and has been ok. However today one of the happy meals when we got back was found to be missing the fries, and one of the nuggets had a bite out of it! The meals were also cold. Unfortunately as the food also took an age to come out, so I couldn?t hang around I didn?t have time to check.
