“Was driving along the A55 yesterday with my husband and 3 young children when the engine lights went on and the car started juddering and making an awful noise. This was the closest garage so we stopped and the man working wasn't even supposed to be at work that day and was extremely busy with another job. He helped us and had a look at the car, tried a few things and gave us advice and directions to nearby facilities despite being busy. He was patient and kind when we were all stressed/flustered.
