Excellent service, staff polite very helpful... plenty of room to look around, everything anyone can ask for in the staff
Disabled people are treated with kindness, the staff go above and beyond to mskesure your taken care of while in the store..

Diabolical service for disabled and able bodied people. The post office is located upstairs it has had no lift for 6months. Originally they supplied a hub downstairs which is now closed. When I was able to use the lift the queues were long due to 1 member of staff on the counter. The staff are under duress and the response to complaints about them being understaffed is met with ?There?s nothing we can do this is down to the PO not employing more staff?. On Monday 7/10 I needed to apply for a passport. I am unable to use the stairs the hub had a sign no longer in use. There was 1 staff member on the till who was really busy serving he told me there was only himself and one member of staff upstairs and he couldn?t help. A kind customer offered to pick up a passport form but they was told I had to personally pick the form up. This is the main PO and is in a W H Smith retail shop where you would expect a high level of customer service and in 2024 disabled customers are treated as non entity?s.

The usual really of what you would expect from a WH Smith. Its located amongst other shops and you can get the usual selection of products here. The store was relatively clean though and well stocked
