The Welsh ICE community is incredible and so welcoming, a perfect place for a first-time business owner who needs that extra bit of support. The team truly care about the businesses starting and growing here and the support available is outstanding. Lots of the work they do to support local business is funded by local initiatives and authorities so it's very accessible. Highly recommended as a workspace and/or business support provider!!!

Just completed the 5 to 9 Club run by Welsh Ice. It was so much more than I expected. It really helped me clarify so many things: who my client is, how to communicate with them, all the business-related 'back of house' things. I feel like this course really helped for all the scattered things to come together. I feel I know what I need to do now. It also helped me overcome some blocks that were preventing me from moving forward with some things, especially in relations to marketing. The whole programme is very comprehensive.
The whole community is brilliant. Everyone's really dedicated, knowledgeable and are genuinely rooting for you. Another thing I really loved was that it isn't the 'traditional' suited, booted and uptight kind of people but very down-to-earth, easy going and approachable. I felt like I fit right in.

Recently finished the 5-9 club in Newport and am still absolutely buzzing. what an amazing, detailed and insightful course full of invaluable information. The Welsh ICE team have been so helpful and lovely and I have met some wonderful fellow attendees. Pitch night was fantastic! I would definitely recommend signing up! Thanks again Welsh ICE

When I signed up to ice?s 5-9 course I was really dubious and wasn?t convinced I?d get much out of it, or even last the duration of the course. Turns out it was hugely informative and invaluable, giving me a new found confidence. I would recommend this course to anybody looking to start a new business, or even struggling to overcome obstacles in their existing. I can?t thank Ice enough. Also a shout out to Cat for being so helpful and encouraging - thank you!

Since joining the Welsh Ice community I've had nothing but a positive experience. They're a friendly, knowledgeable and approachable group of people, who welcomed and supported me from the off. Their 5-9 club is a cracking 8 week course packed with insight, techniques, wisdom, support and just a great community.The 5-9 club was an inclusive course that helps you to learn at your own pace and from wherever you want. Each week there was people from different sectors in the business industry offering their guidance, they even had their CEO do a presentation one week which shows the passion from this business.

Had a lovely day at Welsh ICE co-working space. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming; people offering to make others drinks and having lunch together.The desk set up was good, easy access to plugs and wifi but the chairs weren't the most comfortable and I kept banging my knee under the desk as there is no way to adjust the table height.My only feedback would be spoons - there didn't seem to be very many provided and once used they had to be reused dirty the rest of the day or go to the bathroom/kitchen to wash which is a bit inconvenient. All the other tea/coffee facilities were very organised.I'll definitely be back just for the welcoming environment.

Went here for a co-working day and for a free business expert meeting with someone with marketing.This place is really nice and I wish there were more places like this because they are very good at helping with business. A fantastic place for networking and getting help with things.I look forward to future opportunities Welsh ICE offer!
