Visited the TUI shop in Caerphilly last week.Spoke to Aaron who was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable about the holidays I was looking at, and gave great advice about the areas. Everytime we go into this store we have a great laugh with all the staff, they are all really helpful and friendly. Recently booked with help from Demi and Rebecca who were brilliant and made the whole experience enjoyable and hysterical at times, I'm sure they know what we mean ?. I always book my holidays via the Castle Court shop in Caerphilly and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the excellent customer service, they consistently provide. I especially want to thank Andrew and Lynda who today went over and above to help me rearrange a holiday I had booked for the following year.
