We went to book a holiday for a group of friends and were assisted by a lovely young lady named Demi. She honestly has the patience of a saint. I phoned Tui Caerphilly 16.11pm 05/08 2025 to Book a Holiday for 10 people to Tunisia next month the guy who answered told me he would call back asap, Im still waiting nearly 24 hours later, I went a head and booked it on line as did the other eight, Im was not happy waiting for the call back and this was a £7000 loss to Tui caerphilly branch, Boss's wont be happy, Tui as a whole i cant fault just disappointed with Caerphilly branch

I recently booked a holiday on the TUI website and had some issues resulting in the dates needing to be changed. I rang and got through to Aaron in Caerphilly who was incredibly helpful and talked me through the options that I had available. He called me back as scheduled the next day and was able to change our booking making the whole process hassle free, he was friendly, knowledgeable about the process and put my mind at rest that the holiday was booked correctly. I would definitely recommend speaking to Aaron if anybody is thinking of booking a holiday!
