Reception was very unprofessional, insisting I hadn't paid when I already had. Then apologised saying it is because there are so many customers. Good location with a couple of pubs a minute away, both dog friendly as is the Travelodge.

Spent one night here while visiting both Pontypridd and Cardiff. The place was very clean, with easy parking and a nice meal from the pub next door. Would stay again.
