We didn't even make it in the door. There was a massive que. We even booked a table as did everyone in front of use. My husband asked how long it would be, to be told I dont know. What is the point of booking a table, when you can't sit down in time. Very disappointed in Toby.

Sunday dinner for mothers day absolutely disgusting beef was all fat no edible meat just fat and that was on all 4 dinners poor amount of food for the money WILL NOT be eating here ever again.

The staff are efficient and attentive, food continuously replenished. Internally much improved since the upgrade, would recommend to others.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good open access from the car park and double doors to entrance.

Hot and fairly tasty Sunday carvery. Lamb a littke fatty / chewy but beef lovely. Lovely selection and piping hot which is always top score for me as I eat verrrryyy slow!

Superb breakfast.
I met a colleague here for a business Breakfast where I was delighted to learn the breakfast option is just an all you can eat/drink buffet.
We both had our own version of a full English and as much coffee as we could.
And no wait, brilliant.

Awful experience
Popped in for a breakfast which is usually fantastic and great value
Unfortunately the toaster had just stopped working
Nobody?s fault but highly annoying nonetheless
When highlighted to staff she did offer a refund but was extremely rude by muttering under her breath ?what?s wrong with people today? (which she probably didn?t realise I heard)
Not professional and added to my annoyance
It?s for that comment alone I?m giving a 1 and will not be returning
