My husband was just shopping and was at the till. A gentleman was being served purchasing some food and a 4 pack of beer. The lady serving told him he couldn’t purchase the beer as in her opinion he was too drunk. In my husbands opinion the chap was completely coherent and did not appear to be drunk. Let down by the post office staff who are rude, unhelpful and outright hostile. Not an isolated incident, it happens consistently. Not the best people to be customer-facing
