Beware check the prices charged to what is displayed. Visited this store and on check out was charged a higher price than was advertised on shelf. When I pointed this out to the member of staff behind counter she just checked on her phone and stated it was probably a different product which couldn?t be correct as they only sold one version of the Tesco home brand. Other stores would at least go and check with you but this wasn?t offered even though they weren?t busy.

I attended to buy my dinner and wine with my daughter and was refused my wine by Oak. Oak was very rude and laughed in our face when my daughter didn?t have an ID. I have been using this Tesco for the last 7 years and never had an issue. Simon interrupted and tried to serve me as he is aware of my age and Oak decided I was not to be served at all and put all my goods back and told me to get out. What sort of customer service is that. He needs retraining and to be reprimanded. I would give 0 stars if that was an option

It is handy for quite a large local population and easy to find Tesco brand products with which I am familiar. But on the other hand, being small, they cannot stock many of the normal Tesco products so I look in vain. Also these are not the normal Tesco prices, most things a good bit more expensive. The little car park is a must as nowhere else to park. It cannot be enlarged as it uses all the space available able to them.

Convenient for bits and pieces you've forgotten in your main shop. Has a reasonable range of goods as well as a Costa machine for coffee and a small bakery.

Lovely little shop in the valleys, got my birthday cake in there last week,my pig Joshua really enjoyed the ham last week, although he did have the runs afterwards and he stung his ring of fire!!!

Terrible service from the staff in the store today. My partner is 21, from Latvia and has got to wait 4 years for any British form of id. But she wanted to get a energy drink today but she got id, which is understandable challenge 25. However what I'm not happy with is that that staff completely refused her legal form of document to prove her age, saying that her form of id isn't a legal form of id and frankly being quite racist about it. Discriminating her and treating her alot different to everyone else. Such as my self which I'm 18 and has never been id. Id is id no matter where you're from as long as it got the two different types of holograms. I will not be going back as when i told the staff that they made my partner cry and feel horrible they didn't care. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
