Great store because the staff are always helpful and friendly, as it should be of course, but is not always the case in some Tesco stores.
Crossways store - happy days!

Stood for 17 minutes at the customer service desk while the two old women serving just stood there gossiping with other colleagues.
Had to leave shopping on counter and leave as I ran out of time. Go to the smaller store, you can actually get served

Daytime staff don?t treat customers very nicely. Everything is rushed and they?re quite rude. Don?t know if they don?t like younger people (late 20?s) or if it?s something else. We?re just trying to do our shopping like everyone else.

Thick, fluffy mold all over the strawberries, absolutely rancid! Does no one check? That kind of mold doesn't grow overnight. Health and safety, guys? ?? Tesco workers standing literally right there too ?

Took clothes that I bought at another store for return and was turned away. If you have a customer service desk and was willing to do a return until I said it was clothes is shocking customer service. Shocking store.

We have just been to this store to buy a fitted sheet for a bed at the cost of £7.00 went to the self checkout only to find that these were card only no cash? We went to one of the manned tills to find that this was card only so we put it back on the shelf and we left

Good store. Good parking spoilt by shoppers who cannot park. Good trolley areas spoilt by lazy shoppers who do not return their trolleys. Most mess caused by idle shoppers who scrimmage and leave a mess. Leave fridge doors open. The shoppers then complain, not everything is 100% but made worse by shoppers.

Desperately needing a certain type of baby formula which I knew this Tesco stocked I quickly popped my baby in his car seat into a trolley so I could quickly grab some and head home. The shelf was empty of the type I needed so I spoke to a staff member asking if all the stock was out which she replied ?I would assume so yes? so unhelpful considering I was literally there with my baby asking for something that I need to feed him.Found another staff member and I had the same type of response ?I would gather so yes? in disbelief both of them couldn?t even be bothered checking I then had to ask for him to check. As I thought, I was told there was a crate of the formula in the back the shelf just hadn?t been replenished. So unhelpful for a first time mum, they should be trying to make your life a little easier? When I got to the till the originally lady was serving opposite and said ?Oh you managed to find some then? honestly!!! So useless.
