Appalling customer service in the Blackwood Subway. They managed to get the order wrong last week and this week they served other people who arrived later with no apology or explanation. There is no complaints procedure with Subway either, only a corporate email that never responds. Other subway franchises are much better than this one. Avoid.

Went to subway for food, at 9:39 this evening, order the food, was very disappointed by the food that we had, when we went back to complain the manger had taken her break 5 mins before her shift had ended, in my own opinion it was as if there staff couldn?t be arsed to do the last of there job right

Why have a queue if you stop serving the person who's next to do uber eats orders. Had already waiting 15 mins then had to leave empty handed to go to work. Poor service.

Ordered a Philly Cheese Salad & Meatballs tonight for pickup using JustEat. The Meatballs were fine but the Salad had no Steak in it. £7.24 for a Salad without the main ingredient, extremely disappointing & unacceptable.

Good is late by 2 hours lucky to have a star. Every time I call it says incorrect number. Had the same problem with them before but I give them another chance but no food yet again.

Mike the manager truly amazing my daughter was having an asthma attack outside the store before we had chance to even go in he came running out with a cup of water for us and this did help. This kind of kindness is not found often a true credit to the company. Good was amazing too!Kid-friendliness: Mike went above and beyond with my daughter we even had to go back again within the hour as she wanted more cookies off the nice subway man ?

i was reading through the bad reviews and most are about the ?delivery? do you guys understand subway and other fast foods arent in charge of your driver taking ages too pick up and drop off, and domt order a sandwich expecting it too be warm ???

Staff were fantastic, as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome, staff helped with decision by explaining options. Restaurant appeared very clean and tidy, staff were great, I would definitely go back again soon.

(Blackwood store) Didn?t open until 9:30am and don?t serve breakfast menu! Il I?m guessing it?s a franchise store but should still offer full menu as it?s part of the subway range.Not sure who wants a normal sub at 9:30am as breakfast menu is ment to be served until 11am. Unfortunately will avoid in the future as every other store serves breakfast.
