nothing paid £42 for food and the wrong order arrived
told the driver to take it back
he then rang and we asked to speak to the manager who refused
the driver put the food by my door and took a photo
the food was taken back by the dtiver
I have spent £42 and no food

Ordered via just eat tonight for the first time. Wrong order delivered. Driver wouldn?t talk to me just told me to ring the store. Store wouldn?t send what we ordered and said we had to go into store to get a ?free? meal to rectify their mistake. We?re isolating so can?t do that. We?re now £14+ out of pocket without the food we ordered. Very unhappy with the service. Hoping I get a response from this or the complaint made to Subway.com

Employ people who love doing the job, not just slap the food in the roll and slide it across the counter to you, and also not throw your change on the counter without a smile!
