This franchise store is absolutely diabolical for service. The last three times I've visited I have waited over 20 minutes to be served, not because the shop is full of customers but because they're focusing so heavily on Just Eat and Uber Eats orders. It got so bad last time I almost walked out as it's not acceptable to just ignore a person waiting in the store over online orders. I won't be back to this store again and the quality of the food I've had those three times haven't been up to par either.

Do something about your delivery system, I work in fast food myself and every time I order from you guys you get something wrong.
And each time it?s getting worse, this time when I ordered I got a completely different subway sandwich.
And was missing the other half of my order.
I never write bad reviews but your store has done this to me so many times I feel I am being forced to write this review in the hopes you see this and do something to ensure your staff are actually checking the orders when they pack them.

Placed an order to collect through just eat, and was waiting to collect my scheduled order. I then had a phone call stating that delivery turns off in 5 minutes, and that they had not made any of the order and to cancel the order as they weren?t going to make it. That is diabolical since we placed the order half hour before their delivery closed.

Food is good as a Subway. Staff especially the young lady working there provides excellent customer service. Apologies I didn?t catch her name but very helpful and honest

Called in tonight, lovely young lad serving was very welcoming, pleasent & chatty. Food was lovely, all fresh. Well done to this young man for his fab customer service.

My cousin and I come to this store every Friday to pick up a group order and are always met by the same two lovely boys behind the salad bar. Jayden and Dan both work so hard to make sure our orders are perfect everytime and are so polite and friendly. They are always sure to ask if there is anything else they can get us and always serve with a smile. The pair are a fantastic asset to the store. We actually look forward to seeing them every week now. Keep up the good work boys xx

Just spent £22.76Both subs were freezing cold, not packaged as they should be. No cheese on Philly steak sub even though we paid for extra cheese and no drinks. Store closes at 9pm, tried calling since 8:20 and no answer. A lot of money for rubbish food and serviceOrdered through UberEdited review! No cherry Bakewell either and they took half hour to get 1 mile and a halfaway from the store

I went in at around half past 3 in the afternoon there was a lovely well mannered young lady and i ordered a rocking morrocan wrap and it was beautifully made and the best wrap i ever made the girl was so polite aswell i would recommend this subway

Went in at 8pm and was told they ?stopped serving? but then the website says they shut at 9. Why shut at 9 if you stop serving at 8?
