SpecSavers Caerphilly , I recently had an eye infection , that's what I thought , I phoned Specsavers and got an emergency appointment the same day , which was great , as I was in a lot of
pain , after my consultation with an optician named Sally I was told it wasn't an eye infection as such but it was an abscess on my eye ,
Sally told me it was perfectly easy to treat , she gave me a prescription for drops and ointment , now as I write two and a half days later , the drops have made a big difference already to my eye , nearly all the redness has gone from my eye and the pain has much reduced , so I must thank Sally and Specsavers , what a team...

I highly recommend the service I had from Spec Savers. Their processes are very thorough and I was impressed by the high level equipment they used. They have a great range of frames too and I was able to have lens for both normal glasses and sunglasses.

Needed an appointment for suspected eye infection hours before flying on holidays. Usual optician could not see me until next day but I called Caerphilly Specsavers, explained my situation, and they managed to get me seen half an hour after I called. No delays, no long waits, very prompt assistance by front facing staff and thorough examination (with useful explanations) by the optician. Would highly recommend the branch by the service I received on this visit
