After visiting Santander in Queen Street Cardiff yesterday where the Service was Unhelpful & bordering on Distainful when wishing to open a New Account. I visited the Caerphilly Branch today to seek assistance & The help given to Me was superb !! Donna was Patient/ Knowledgeable & couldn't help Me enough. What an Asset That Young Lady is to The Caerphilly Branch of Santander. Perhaps the Cardiff Staff should take some lessons from Her in Customer/ People Management. Well Done Donna.
