Terrible experience selling my house.
The person with whom I dealt had very poor people skills in my opinion - needs to understand the concept of a two-way conversation.
The selling process was very stressful, and not helped by staff at the agency.
Did also did not do a great job of vetting the purchaser.
I would not use this agency again to sell a property.
Also did not like staff who seem to have poor numerical ability trying to push mortgage advice at me.

Excellent local knowledge, friendly, professional and effective - finding the right buyer and seeing everything through to completion. Good value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them

I found the Pontypridd Peter Alan Branch very good. They gave me a realistic selling price, which a lot of Estate Agents don't. They marketed my property professionally, updated me regularly and came back to me on my queries promptly. I would use them again in the future.

I?m absolutely devastated at the poor service I have received from the Caerphilly Peter Alan branch.
I was accepted for a lovely home in Caerphilly and paid my holding deposit. Since I had sent the payment I tried contacting Peter Alan for documents and to collect the keys but had real difficulty getting any kind of response to move the process on.
At this point I had given my notice in to my current landlord.
They had called me today which is a week later to tell me that my offer had fallen through and that I will no longer be moving into the property.
This Is an absolute disgrace as it?s left me without a place to live.
I would strongly advise you not to use their terrible unprofessional services.
I also imagine I?ll have difficulty in retrieving my deposit back.
STAY CLEAR.
