Disgusting hygiene, floors, walls, seats and tables a complete disgrace, absolutely filthy.
Staff looked like zombies, no chicken on the bone, half the order missing, bins out of order.
Hope my family don't get food poisoning. Definitely will not be returning

First time at this KFC in Caerphilly. There is a drive through but I went in to the restaurant. There are menu/payment kiosks immediately as you go in. All orders have to be done using these, even if you're paying cash (which you then take to the counter with your receipt).
There's a loyalty card scheme which gives you offers if you go to KFC often enough.
The place was clean and had plenty of seating. The food was fresh & hot.

Chicken was tasty freshly cooked just a shame their chip portions are so small this happens at all kfc restaurants unless you place order for large meal. Great service and friendly staff

It's chicken, it's meh. Dryer than sand with a toilet so dirty you can taste it as soon as you go near it. Overall could do with a clean. You'd be better off eating in a farm yard.

Worst kfc I?ve ever been to foods always terrible quality and cold the staff just don?t care about the company I literally avoid this one and go straight to Nantgarw ! Place needs shutting down !

Spoilt food again! KFC advertises that the wrap is toasted, v rarely they toast it. Even when I ask they still don?t toast it. When I take it back, I then have to eat it with cold chips. Start employing men, not boys who haven?t a clue what they are doing!

Forgot part of order which all took ages. Tables all around were not cleared up from rubbish the one we sat in was full of ketchup and bean juice then finally the raw chicken need sort workers out as they didn't care

Isn't it about time this place was closed down, definitely somewhere I wouldn't go back to, staff look dirty, and seem to be on another planet and definitely not with it. Disgusting!!!

Utterly disgusted at there service?.. Having to wait 20min in the drive through not because it was busy but because staff didn?t even know there was customers waiting to order!? order finally placed but out of stock of coleslaw?!?.
This KFC makes third world countries look brilliant in terms of KFC service! How embarrassing !
