Shop at Caerphilly. Went with intention of purchasing some CBD Gummies but needed to know more about them first.I was told by assistants that they were NOT Allowed to tell me anything about them and not to make any claims. I said I just need some information about the product to see if it might be suitable. The assistant then read the bottle label out to me.They reiterated they were not allowed to give information out and had even had to sign a form stating that they wouldn?t. I presume a disclaimer of some description.Surely if you are selling a product you must be able to discuss it with the customer. The staff seemed petrified of talking about the product. I asked if this was the same for the staff who do the video consultations? They knew nothing about this. Utterly ridiculous state of affairs Holland & Barrett !

Very disappointed as bought 3 bags of Organic Spelt Flour without checking the Best before on the label. Sadly when I checked they were all Best before June 22 and it's now July.

The H & B shop in Caerphilly is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have been a loyal customer for several years.The only time I ever shop online is to purchase my favourite Heath & Heather Green Tea with Orange Blossom because they don't stock it.

I am one of the customers especially for hair stuff. We like the healthy choices for food and dietary supplements. The prices are high but they often ofer discount for some products. I'm more then please with quality of the products and that's why I give 5*

Holland & Barrett is found in Castle Court in Caerphilly town centre. Holland & Barrett is quite a good shop for those looking to get on track for healthy lifestyle, with a variety of healthy foods and supplements on offer. It's also a great place to go if you're a beginner starting off in the gym and are looking to find some cheap (but not that cheap) supplements to help you kick-start some extra gains. But for me, Holland & Barrett is a shop that I go to when I'm in need of some weight training supplements, such as whey protein, to tide me over if I run out before putting in an order on the internet. While you can get much of what is on offer for far cheaper if you shop around on the web, they do offer great prices for a high street store. I always buy my supplements online as they are a better standard and generally much, much cheaper than buying them in shops such as this, but that's not to say that Holland & Barrett is expensive. If you catch them at the right time and make the most of their frequent sales, you can pick up a great deal on health food and supplements here. If you're after quality health foods, this is a great shop. Similarly, if you're new to training, aren't sure what you're looking for are after some protein or similar supplements to help aid your training, this is also a good place to go. But for those more experienced trainers who know exactly what they are looking for, chances are you won't find it here, or if you do it won't be as cheap as you normally find it. However, if you can't wait for an online order to arrive, this is a good place to go for a temporary solution.
