Took cycle in for a health check, a bit of gears adjustment and a chain oil and I was told all is well. Following day the chain snapped on a short ride just 2K from home. Had to pay £25 for a new chain at halfords again, very unhappy with the outcome, poor service.

Really great, fast service. Staff were friendly and finished the repairs to my bike a day early and it ended up costing less than originally quoted. They also appear to have given it a much needed clean which was not requested/ charged for which was nice

The staff at Caerphilly branch is always nice and helpful no matter your skin colour is. Another plus point is that this branch has a variety of basic spares as well as accessories which are available to buy in-store rather than ordering and waiting for days to be available and delivered.
