Diagnostic bed is great ! Customer service and explanations from Alun were exceptional. I did not feel pressured at all and so this with the customer service I decided to purchase a mattress.

Purchased a mattress at the Caerphilly store and our assistant Mel was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and offered a drink. She asked what our requirements were and after using the sleep match machine, she patiently went through the suggested options. She also gave recommended pillows to try with the mattresses. She was courteous and extremely pleasant and we think any company would be lucky to have her. Well done Mel!

Dreams caerphilly treats customers with respect, they give a range of options taking their time to explain about the specific bed,mattress and or base bed or headboard you are willing to but/get.thumbs up.I got the highest standard of service .

Alun was extremely helpful today- put us on the machine and gave us a tour of a few options to suit us, high end and then some more affordable. He was really friendly but also importantly not too pushy and gave us the space and time to browse and process our thoughts. Answered any questions we had and made the whole thing a breeze. The staff at this particular store in general seem very knowledgable and know what they are doing.

Mellisa the young lady was brilliant. She helped me a pick a bed for my daughter and future son in law and arranged to get it delivered to the North London area. Everything was spot, the bed was perfect arriving bang on time. Mellisa also made a great cup of coffee. I am completely satisfied and have recommended Mellisa and Dreams to my friends and family. Superb experience. We will be back so keep the coffee hot.

We were welcomed to he store by lady sales assistant Mel. We being myself and my partner Jeannette. After a short chat about my needs, during which we were offered a drink of our liking. I was then invited to use the sleepmatch bed. After this we were shown quite a large array of beds that were suggest by the test bed. We eventually ordered the bed as per receipt , mel asked what sort of pillows I normally used. With this in mind mel suggested i should really use one firm pillow. This would help with me waking up with a somewhat stiff neck. Subsequently i also purchased 2x pillows. I must add that they have made quite a positive improvement using the 1 pillow.
