I initially made an enquiring through ?Rightmove? for a property which I had liked the look of?within the hour I had a call from Eleri Page, which she was very professional and understanding I was keen to view this property ASAP, from that she secured a viewing for the next day.
Upon arriving at the property Eleri was very friendly and came full of knowledge giving me a low down of the basics. She left me to look around. Eleri knew all the finer details of the property which helped and saved finding our myself (ie. Garden facing and items that would be staying at the property).
Any questions she wasn?t aware of she noted and asked the vendor and got back to me the same day.
When placing an offer she was very clear with the steps and even explained her colleague would ensure this is carried out as she had a viewing booked prior to my call. Again, within the hour I had a call back from Eleri confirming the offer accepted!
I would definitely recommend Eleri Page to assist with the purchase of any property as she was very professional, concise and great communication!
