Purchased a Samsung 55ins TV on the 17th of march 2025, it stopped working on the 6th of June less than 3 months old. I took out a care and repair plan, which in all fairness they arranged to pick up the faulty tv on the 7th which they did. However, I then thought, why should I settle for a repair as the tv cost me £1200 so I?m trying for a replacement or a full refund. After several phone calls and visits to the Caerphilly store I am no further forward. I also found that a particular member of the Caerphilly store to be very arrogant when I asked him questions about a replacement or a refund. If this person has been trained this way by Currys to deal with customer queries, then it?s an absolute disgrace. I am not going to let this matter go and will take it further if I have too. I am waiting for a reply from Currys as I have made an official complaint.

pathetic phone service , press 1 . press 2 etc and then spoke to someone in a different country . wow , I just wanted to speak to someone in my local store to save a wasted journey .well done currys

Bought a laptop. Had it 5 weeks then it needed to be sent away for a repair.
If it was 4 weeks it would have been exchanged.

Giving 1 star as I can?t physically give any lower. Today is the third time I?ve had terrible dealings with this store. The first time I was sold a used a used toaster, second I was sold a tv bracket unfit to hold anything more than a French fry, and today I was sold a completely scratched and damaged oven hob that had clearly been returned by someone and not checked properly.
On attempting to return on the same day of purchase (online click and collect - return to store) I was informed there weren?t any in stock (fine, it happens).I was given the option to travel to another store or have a refund. I opted for a refund as B&Q across the road from the store sell the exact same model (cheaper), and this is where their attitude changed and was clearly different from then on.
From then on I was told I could not have a refund as I paid online using Apple Pay, so would need the physical bank card (never ever been an issue anywhere else hense using Apple Pay instead importing bank details as it?s an extension of your bank card) - so my only option was to travel miles out of my way or have a ?gift card?. Policy or not, it?s absolutely ridiculous. I then had to drive 17 plus miles out of my way for an item that should have never been sold to me in the first place and to top it off, accused of having a ?bad attitude? over the matter. No apology or anything received for the inconvenience, just an attitude towards me of ?oh well get on with it?. Honestly do not recommend Curry?s to anyone anymore. Customer service is rock bottom. Shop anywhere else but here!

Walked in today to get a laptop after struggling to get much help at another store - Neil was absolutely amazing. So friendly and informative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! Thank you!

I brought top model phone
3 weeks ago taken it back 3 times as the new charger lead broken and I'm disabled have trouble trying to set it up
Now they attitude
Was very abusive
They talk down to me shouting at me in shop
Kept saying they was under staff no phone technician guy there
In end I said cancel my phone have it back which the refuse
Total wast my time travelling to there store
The manager wast time very aggressive to me
And as fro now still haveing problems with phone had go to another phone shop for them to fix it buy new charger lead

Awful customer service, my father just popped in to exchange an item bought in store, met with the most obnoxious bloke called Christopher who calls himself the manager, Christopher was very irate and rude and clearly didn't know the rules on returns then proceeded to ask the old man to leave the store, very unprofessional service from Christopher.
