Always have to wait ages to get served. On this occasion, only I was waiting, but the person serving just ignored me. Finally, she served me but made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Tables not cleared. Very disappointing.

It?s the season of ill will in Costa!! I met up with a friend for a coffee and got fined for my trouble!! In these times of financial hardship Costa is clearly not too bothered about retaining its customers as fining its patrons doesn?t feel like a smart marketing ploy!! Costa please read the room buying a coffee is a luxury, you won?t have any customers left!!

what a sad state of affairs when you meet friends and stay for 2 coffees each and find your 17mins past your parking time and end up with a £100 parking fine just like the cost of their coffee a total rip off starbucks much better anyway
