the order arrived on time the food was way below par and asked for the salad and sauce to be seperate i called and was there was an extra charge for them to be seperate not shown on site, normally goo but tonight really bad gave it to the dog and ordered elsewhere

Been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I say it again and again best kebabs in south wales, family and I get food from here at least once a week and always perfect and they give me a free bottle pepsi as well, staff are very friendly as well and erhan he is a legend guy.

Couple of my friends recommended this place so I gave it try and Oh My! the chef special is so tasty and delicious mix of each meat and to top of with fried peppers and onions, I definitely recommend this place who love kebabs thank you Mr Erhan and staff.

Food was two hours late may have been nice when it was warm but it was cold not a good experience kids were really hungry and fell asleep but the time it got here

Really disappointed here. I order food on a regular basis and the last few times it has been cold and the chips have been re-dipped in the fryer. Having worked and trained in food I know this to be true and the last meal just not edible. I did try to call back but the line was busy.
Always had good service from staff, always polite and friendly just disappointed with the food. I did look for an email to pass my feedback on but unable to find one. I post this not to stop people from using the Take Away but as feedback so they can perform quality control before sending the food. The chips should be hot and crispy, not brown and cooked multiple times.

Ordered burger and chips well wat can I say burger fell apart was dripping in fat and chips tasted like they had been cooked 3 days ago not impressed won't be ordering again

Popped in there to order some food.
Wanted a combination kebab extra large with salad.
Didb not look that big and could not see the salad.
Wanted a little mint sauce got massive amount.
Just done a 15 hour day and ended up leaving my food there.

We arrived at around 7:10 pm and they said that food will be 15 mins. Half hour later they have only just started cooking it. It is pathetic.

I order from this place fairly regularly. The food is delicious, the portions are always large, and everything is reasonably priced. So great value for money. Delivery is rapid every single time. Love these guys!

Gone down hill, food was nice but portions have shrunk to kids meal size, prices have gone up to, no longer cheapest takeaway option, chinese from now on.
