Very helpful staff. We went in via the trade entrance. We didn't wait long to get help and my order was sorted wothing a few minutes. I then preceded to go and get other items that I wasn't getting delivered and again the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Love shopping in B&Q. Plenty to see and normally some great offers on. This is a good sized store. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. As out of town DIY sites go, you'll not be disappointed here.
