Asda Security guard at the Caerphilly store is Very rude. Lacking any form of customer service. If he used Simple requests and communication to say what he wanted that would have been much better than rude comments under his breath. And imposing 'His Rules'.
Calling Customers 'Liars' isn't a good look.

The staff are lovely especially the ones that have been there years. There is a lot of wasted space in the store though and as a result the selection is quite poor for a store of that size. It's usually dirty too. I much preferred it when the media section was in the corner and there was more freezers that filled the other end of the store. A deli counter with a better selection of cooked meat and cheese wouldn't hurt either.

Okay! Not all the staff are friendly, but there are a lot of good people.

This store is awful!
staff are always miserable and rude. Don't ask for help you'll get a hand put to your face. Whilst I was checking out today at the self scan tills an elderly gentleman was struggling and asking for help a member of staff ( wearing a yellow happy to help jacket!) walked past him to speak to the security guard about what she was doing after work! the gentlemen asked again for help and I witnessed this member of staff put her hand up infront of his face and said you will have to wait I'm busy! then the security guard chirped up saying he had to wait as she was busy with customer! when clear as day she was standing there talking to him! It's the worst Asda ive ever shopped at! Staff trainers need to get back and teach the team basic customer service skills!

Went into Asda after 8pm and unknowingly filled my trolley only to realise the tills were closed. A lovely lady called tres helped me scan my items. She had a great personality and was very friendly towards my to young daughters. Thanks again tres ??????????

Why is there only ever one person on the pizza counter, when it's busiest. Customers waiting over half hour for the pizza, seriously?

Overall impression this store lacks customer service skills. Disappointed and will avoid in future.
Queues building at self scan but staff refused to allow only 10 items in my trolley (trolley needed for disability) to be used at the many empty basket scan tills, would rather let queues build. No customer service there.
As a new customer to this store, very put off by the lengthy lecture from the greeter when I asked him where, & told I needed to to go to a click n collect machine which is outside the barriers after you've entered the store. Very unwelcoming & unhelpful impression.
Only encountered one helpful member of staff, a picker who kindly took me to a product I couldn't find.
