Yesterday I went to collect my repeat prescription in Caernarfon. Unfortunately I had slipped a disc in my back and therefore had my back brace on and was in considerable pain. When I was served, the pharmacy worker must have seen I was uncomfortable because she immediately offered to carry my medicine bag to my vehicle for me. I have never had any pharmacy with staff this empathic

Been on holiday in caernarfon last week got infection in my eye pharmacist and staff so lovely he gave me some drops for eyes advised me go get checked out at specsavers excellent service xx

Have been using this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and the current team are a great asset to the company. Always pleasant, happy to help and so very patient with people who complain if what they need is out of stock or their prescription hasn?t arrived yet ???? on an individual note, Jack who joined the team recently is a fantastic addition. Always happy, welcoming and will go above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer service. This young man will go far??.. On a personal level I?d like to add a huge thank you to the whole team for the caring, compassionate service that I have received in recent years due to my serious ill health.Keep up the good work Team Rowlands Pharmacy Caernarfon!

Karen is great, I know that they are very busy and is only a small shop for such a large town and surrounding villages, but they do try their best..however sometimes they get overloaded and you might have to wait.

The service at this chemist has been in decline for the past 3 years. There is no lunch time cover for pharmacist and apparently the staff are not allowed to hand over the completed prescription unless he/she is present. This has never been the case in the past. Steer clear!!
