Brilliant Premier Inn. The kids were raising money for charity plus was my daughters birthday. Firstly they allowed early check in. Secondly they kindly put a birthday banner up on the room and in the room. They also left a box of chocolates and a birthday card! All thanks to Hannah! One of the politest people we have ever met!
Hotel was good, clean. Perfect location. Bathroom was clean (which is the main thing)
Plenty of parking opposite the hotel.
Breakfast is at a restaurant called Table Table which is what you expect from Premier Inn breakfasts. Top quality! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

We have stayed in various Premier Inns, this one with really nice view outside and good location. Very close to the marina and Caernarfon Castle. Supermarket Morrisons is nearby for any emergency need. We had a family room, the room was clean and good size. Had a nice hot breakfast the next morning in the restaurant next to it.

Premier Inn Caernarfon is a nice enough hotel option in Caernarfon close to the dock, and near some good facilities. Parking is a pain, so be aware you will need to park away from the hotel in a public car park. I don't think the room prices represent good value.

To the reader: Google requires that a rating vaiue is recorded, the resulting one star is aimed at Google and not the Premier inn. I?ve used this chain extensively throughout the UK. I have never been disappointed.

Standard premier inn affair. No frills, clean and comfortable. Have stayed here a few times for work now and never had an issue. Breakfast is ok. On this occasion it was poor value for money (over £160 for the night), glad i wasn't paying.

The staff are very accommodating to any request, inquiries and favour, staring from the manager Chad to his staff like Hannah and Andrew and the rest of them. They are always happy to help. One of the best accommodations staff I can say.

We were allocated room 16, found that the bedding was left out on the two additional beds. There were no tea or coffee sachets present and the sink was full of water. Staff were great we were given anther room - 19 which was spacious and clean.
