These are the guys to talk to when thinking about installing decking. Especially if your looking for a product that will last and be low maintenance as well as slip resistant. ask for Millboard every time. These guys are great. I have seen a bad review but personally never had a problem. Often I say its a case of your own attitude that influences how others react to you.

I have just read some comments on here about the staff. I am English and have lived here for 35 years. I have used this branch on many occasions, the shop and yard staff are always polite and go out of their way to help, the delivery drivers are great and will always try to get the goods to exactly where you want them even if this means handballing the stuff off the truck. You can always be greeted with a smile.. Pat on the back for Colin and his team from this Siasneg.

Iâ??ve just renovated a house in Caernarfon and the people in Huws Gray have been incredibly friendly and helpful - giving advice on products and helping source non-stock items. Iâ??m not a Welsh speaker and have never had any problems (although as a polite bloke, I start most of my conversations with â??bore daâ? just as I would say â??bon jourâ? when in France or â??holaâ? in Spain).

I am English been here 18 yrs used them in Caernarfon, Porthmadog and Gaerwen never had any problems with staff always have a good repor with all staff and the drivers

I find the staff very small minded cowardly and immature who love slagging of the Outsiders when in earshot to the Welsh customers for wot ever sad reason . Its something they find funny and obviously think there clever in doing so .

They are business like and abrupt but rude? No. I'm English and I have no problems. I go out of my way to be cheery and ignore the customer experience. There are many other places where the staff are rude and I suspect it doesn't;t matter what nationality you are...

Very rude staff. Treated like s##t because I'm English. Some staff wouldn't speak to me in English and were very rude .
