Service was extremely slow. Althought staff were friendly. Our toasties was toasted and sat on counter for a good 5 mins before our drinks order was started. Cutlery was visably dirty. Furniture dirty and tired. Toilets dirty and need cleaning.

I?ve just been in for coffee. Four staff standing around seemingly with nothing to do. Meanwhile tables have used crockery on them and the glass screens are filthy. The place has the atOsphere of a graveyard.

Great service, food and drinks were very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, was clean and tidy inside with plenty of seating and tables. Toilets were clean.

Visited and found the staff to be quite rude. I wasn't given a cup for me, went back to ask and had one stuffed in my hand. Not a word of Welsh in there either considering English is a minority language in Gwynedd.

I had the perfect cortado today! The taste of the coffee is always the best in Caernarfon, the milk was frothed perfectly, it depend which barista make it. I am lucky today. Thanks
