“Shop here practically every day. Staff very pleasant and helpful at all times. A large pot of yogurt and some other shopping fell out of my carrier bag today and the yogurt went over the shopping at the self service. Torri one of the staff members told me to get a new pot of yogurt and whilst I was away she wiped clean my shopping and packed it all in the bag - that’s what I call service! Thank you again Torri.”

“I like Lloyds Bank in every way which is why I choose to bank with them. The service is quick and easy when visiting my local Caernarfon branch. It's easy to do you'r everyday banking there, and the staff are always super helpful and will help you ensure that you get to do anything you need to do quickly, easily and successfully. However, the reason I've given a 4 Stars is because when I went there recently to withdraw money, a few weeks ago, the staff member who was assisting me that day asked me why I was withdrawing my money. I believe that you should never be asked such a question while withdrawing you'r own money. I believe that whatever reason, it is private and you should never have to explain to the Cashier what you intend to spend you'r own money on. I would have given a 5 Star rating if I had not been asked such a personal question and I believe nobody should have to share what you intend to use you'r own money for, with anybody, ever, unless you wanted to. It is private and personal and should be confidential completely.”
