I been to the Celtic many time but on this occasion I had poor experience. The pool was cancelled when I arrived and I was not informed and when we had a reservation at steak at six it took over 2 hours to have a 3 course meal!
The service was slow and lots of time between dishes. This is not the standard I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

Nice enough venue. But with aircon restricted to min of 22C this is to warm for me to get a good nights sleep. My main reason for staying at a hotel is to get a good nights sleep.

We had a lovely experience from the beginning of our stay, we were rented by the lovely Evan who made sure our stay started smoothly with an early check in and an upgrade to help us celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. The room was beautiful and our spa treatments were fantastic. Great stay from start to finish. Thank you.

2nd stay and it was fabulous, we changed rooms to start as problem with ac it was 31 outside. Stayed on level 6, worth the extra. From the room attendance to wait staff friendly and professional nothing to much trouble. Highly recommend steak on sixth for dinner and Sunday lunch to Pan. I mustn't forget Newbridge on Usk a lovely spot and the freshest fish and chips, again lovely staff. Hopefully we will be back to experience the run up to Christmas. Thank you

Fantastic hotel - large comfortable rooms with shower and bath. Breakfast was great. Pool was lovely. Staff attentive and helpful.

I booked a room on Monday 18th August for my daughter and her husband to be.
I rang to ask for a possible room up grade on 17th August. I spoke to a lovely lady named Holly who so kindly upgraded us with no hesitation. She was thoughtful and very helpful and I feel she is a credit to the hotel.
This experience made me feel very happy that my daughter and her husband would have a wonderful experience of an upgraded room with flower petals on the bed and the towels folded into a swan shape they did not have expect it and were so happy.

Our party of 6 went to celtic manor to celebrate my 50th birthday, golf was outstanding but the stay was over shadowed by the celtic manor taking extra cash payments out of our banks for items which were already payed for. We've complained for three weeks now with no joy.
Looks like we need to take legal action.

Everything was beautiful apart from having no drinking water in the room
I have booked with two children on a hot weekend and when I requested for water they basically said find your own
For the price we paid was a shame That was a let down

Our 3rd time here. The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The swimming pool and spa are fantastic and the breakfast choice is amazing. My son would move in given the chance. Thank you

Hotel was amazing and all the staff were superb. The room was on the top floor and was 28 degrees and the air con unit would not work so I think I got about a hours sleep but apart from that the hotel was lovely
