I been to the Celtic many time but on this occasion I had poor experience. The pool was cancelled when I arrived and I was not informed and when we had a reservation at steak at six it took over 2 hours to have a 3 course meal!

Nice enough venue. But with aircon restricted to min of 22C this is to warm for me to get a good nights sleep. My main reason for staying at a hotel is to get a good nights sleep.

We had a lovely experience from the beginning of our stay, we were rented by the lovely Evan who made sure our stay started smoothly with an early check in and an upgrade to help us celebrate my daughters 16th birthday.
