Absolutely stunning food would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff were young but very respectful & polite. Very good value of money. The place reminded me of an old village pub were just locals go. I would highly recommend booking b4 u go tho. I didn't book this time as was passing by & seen the place poped in on the off chance, but the staff were still able to accommodate us both.

Had a lovely meal there with a friend. I chose to have 2 starters as my main course: beetroot tartare with goat cheese beignet, and duck croquettes with plum jam & kimchi. They were both very tasty, although I felt the beetroot tartare could've done with a little more 'umame'.
Finished with a desert of white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake, strawberry icecream and white chocolate. The best pub-food I've had in a long time!

First time visiting and lovely atmosphere and two young girls who served us were very friendly and always asked if we needed anything .
The started was a nice ,the olive oil with balsamic was lovely but rosemary was a bit over powering for my taste.
Main course menu was average and not alot of vegetarian options. The pea and asparagus with brie was simply stunning.
The desserts: we had custard tart with raspberries and chantely cream and it was amazing ,great flavours , presentation lovely but the sorbet on the side i felt wasnt needed ..
The lemon crust was a bit of a let down .. felt very heavy and stodgey and could have been because it was all pushed down in a glass but the flavours were great ,just lemon a bit too bitter for my taste .

Food was very good, unfortunately the waitress brought out main courses out before clearing away our plates from our starters. There were two groups in, one either side and I think they were competing for who can laugh the loudest and talk the loudest, it was a relief to get out of there as it gave me a headache, but the food was very good and the pub itself was lovely.

Birthday meal.
Clear communication process throughout from booking to the evening.
All 14 people came away stating they would happily go back to The Bell.
Food was excellent, very generous portions, and tasty.
Value for money is second to none, was amazed at the reasonable prices.
Sat near the bar and could all easily hear each other, so no worries about it being a loud atmosphere.
Staff were excellent, right level of checking in, friendly and overall great service.
I cannot recommend this pub enough, great food, excellent value for money, fabulous choices of beers, and spirits.

Loved the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Great menu and so delicious. Very friendly, relaxed and cosy.
Loved the French onion soup, Scotch Egg starter, Hake, Lamb, Veg Lasagne, Steak, Lavender Creme Brulee and chocolate mousse. I was all so good..

First time Sunday lunch at the Bell food was excellent .The extra gravy came in a tiny container and it was very thick my only point for improvement
