Not good. Not friendly at all really. They don't explain what they are planning to do. Only when you go to pay do they say what's done!? So maybe ask before they start the work! I must apologize this is NOT the garage I went to! I went to VILLAGE AUTOS CAERLEON!! I never been to Rw auto Specialist Ltd. Sorry again for my mistake!

Rory and his team are excellent. Really professional and extremely reasonable prices too. We?ve had a really bad run on both cars we own and it can be an expensive outlay but Rory has been more than helpful when dealing with the issues at hand. We?d have been lost with him and couldn?t recommend highly enough. We?ve recently moved out of the area and if anything would put a dampener on it it would be knowing we?re going to find it hard to find a service like RW Auto Specialist Ltd. Thanks for everything ?

Heard about RW Autos and met Rory a few years ago.He has done repairs on my children?s Golf and Polo including cam belts and serviced my and my wife?s cars.He does everything he can to keep prices down including sourcing second hand parts for my sons old Golf.I will always use his garage as he is such a decent, honest and trustworthy man which is rare in the industry he works.The work he has carried out has always been faultless and he clearly explains what work is required. Keep up the great work !
