The Hanbury is always lovely but really enjoyed my festive meal well done Leighton in the kitchen and rachel was fab couldn't do enough to help me the party feel welcome . keep up the good work

Once a traditional coaching inn it was a favourite of Alfred Lord Tennyson who stayed in the pub and even wrote some of his poetry here. With great traditional ales and a delicious menu, the Hanbury is the perfect stop off and a great place to enjoy a fantastic evening.
Particularly popular on a summer’s afternoon we have a huge beer garden boasting views over the river and Caerleon Bridge.
