This was the most disgusting. this was the worst pizza I have ever had. Service was very rude and my stomach won't stop acing.

Been using O Yes for years. Recently on two separate occasions I have found a black hair in my pizza. I've now deleted the app and will not be using again, happening once is disgusting enough, but to happen twice is lack of hygiene. No thanks.
They aren't exactly the friendliest of people either, for when your spending your money with them a smile and a thank you- wouldn't go a miss now and again.
Won't be using them any longer.

Ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and got given a chicken one. Didn't realise as the chicken was underneath a mountain of cheese until I bit into it. They sent us a cheese and tomato one but by that point I wasn't well because I'm a vegetarian!! Careless!! If I'd specified I had had an allergy and they sent me something with that ingredient in things would have turned out worse than me just being sick! Will never order from them again.

Very poor service, placed an order to be delivered in 30 minutes, rang after an hour and told it would be with us in 10 minutes. Rang back after 20 minutes to be told it would be 15 minutes, When it arrived it was all wrong

After moving to Chepstow we were on the hunt for a new kebab house. Unfortunately the staff were incredibly rude. We asked when we entered if they accepted card and they said yes, so we ordered after being rushed to then be told to go and get cash out down the road. Found the staff very hostile, we will not be returning.

Food is good but 2 hours late on last two orders 75% late rate and it will be the last order. They have the same excuse when called.

I used to go here when I was younger and I still do! I always order chips and garlic bread pizza with no cheese. Sometimes baguette. And I absolutely love it. When the garlic pizza is piping hot it's bliss to your taste buds. And the chips make for a good combination with everything! ? ?

Absolutely beautifully cooked food.. staff extremely kind and polite. Pizza buy one get one free across the menu. We collected didn't pre order all cooked fresh in under 15mins great.Vegetarian options: Had the spicy pizza for the veggies in our house it got eaten very very fast they also had a margarita great also. The choice for vegetarian isn't too bad. Makes a nice change.
