“Had to visit HiQ Queensferry for an urgent tyre repair, as i was enroute to North Wales. Jeff and his team sorted out the repair promptly without any issue - even topped up my oil, which they had spotted on the dash ( and i had ignored) -This was my first visit to HiQ - and compared to my experiences with the same issue Halfords (couldnt find the issue) , Costco Tyres (couldnt repair this repair), and just beofore I went to HiQ, ATS in Frodsham (dint have time to repair the tyre, but offered to fill it with air) - I have to say I am ridiculously pleased with the service - and i will look out for a HiQ centre next time i need new tyres and certainly if i need my tyres looking at.Thank you for helping me out in my time of need - which is all you want isn't it.. help in your time of need.”
