Called Spraytone for a quote on repairing my car, spoke to Carl how has very polite and professional, who advise me that he would get on of the estimator to call be back with booking details and price, Andrew called me back how was very friendly and professional, who talked me through my quote and the service was excellent from start to finish. Carl is an utter disgrace. The company is highly professional and the workmanship on my car was top class.. Carl however is in a class of his own and its not of a high standard. Do yourselves a favour Spraytone and get rid of this clown. Hes a letdown and and total cretin.

The work was completed on my van quickly and to a high standard however customer service was a let down. When I went to collect my van the gentleman behind the counter informed me ?are you aware of the £750 excess due? said as though he was expecting confrontation, turns out this was not true and I owed nothing. I was provided with a curtesy car while my van was in, I was charged a £25 cleaning fee because of some crumbs and dust in the boot. I don?t mind paying fees for services that I use, but are you telling me they do not expect to have to clean the exterior and a quick hover of their curtesy vehicles in between customers? I would understand if something was spilt but all that was required was a hover. This was an older gentleman who gave me all this trouble I?m assuming it was Carl, why put people customer facing if they are not customer service minded.

I used Spraytone (Deeside) for a repair on my Peugeot Expert van which was dented to the driver's rear and they were absolutely faultless. The service I received and the repair that was done was perfect, down to the last detail. Given the van was a camper fitout, I tried to find a repair garage that would repair the bodywork rather than replace the damaged wing and had no luck until I was introduced to Spraytone. Not only were they able to complete the work I required, the result was as if the panel had actually been replaced. Very very satisfied and would recommend in a heartbeat.Service: Body & Trim

ST repairs have recently completed repairs to my motorhome. Their work was of the highest std and I was kept informed of progress along the way. They had to wait a long time for parts to arrive in the UK because of Brexit and Covid but they kept me upto date at the relevant points. Of particular mention is Andy who was my PoC and who was excellent in everyway. I wouldnt hesitate to use ST repairs again and would recommend them to anyone I know.Service: Body & Trim

My insurer sent me here after someone damaged my car recently. They were great! They were able to fit me in within days, were incredibly friendly and helpful during the ?check in? process and I received regular text updates during the fix process. It was fixed, back to looking perfect and back with me super quick, I would highly recommend!

My electrical handbrake failed and my car rolled off my drive and into another car.Spray tone collected my car and dropped off a courtesy car the same day. They also kept in touch throughout the process.My car now looks amazing, you would never tell it had an accident and they even unclogged my back windscreen wash jet. I can not express how bad this company is. I had to send my car here after an accident that wasn?t my fault only for them to do a beyond awful repair on it and even leave part of their machine on the bottom of my car!! After reporting the problems to spraytone they still continued to claim the car was fine and had been checked thoroughly....clearly not. I then had to get in touch with my insurance company yet again to get an inspector out who agreed with me that the car was not up to standard and had to be repaired once again. While with the inspector Carl who I believe is the owner made all sorts of promises on how he would look after my car this time and keep me updated and personally deliver my car back to me, once again this was not the case. When I went to spraytone to report the damages I believe I was met by a Jason...who?s attitude to me was disgusting and was so unprofessional. I would urge everyone to stay away from this company at all costs. I have contacted trading standards.Services: Wheel alignment
