I've ordered from here a quite a few times but recently they have been messing up my orders... not getting what I paid for, the last one I paid an extra £2 to double a burger and only received a single... I'm done with this place now

Think there?s a new owner now? Been here a couple of times recently & not only is the food superb but the owner and staff are friendly, really welcoming. I can?t rate it highly enough and this will be my go to place when I want a takeaway ??????????
Back again, the pizzas are still delicious. I often struggle to eat a big meal but I wolfed this down! They also make their own fresh pasta dishes all from scratch. Will definitely be trying in the future!

I normally have a good service and food . But we ordered online and said that the food would be delivered within 75 minutes and i was delivery number 12. I waited a extra 5mins no sight of delivery. so i called them and food wasn't even cooked or ready but wanted me to wait a extra 20 mins. So I called them back immediately to say I will come collect it instead and when I received the food I had to ask for the delivery money back off them. And the food wasn't even cooked thoroughly the pizza base was doughy.

Absolutely disgraceful!We ordered food with Uber Eats and we were amazed of how fast it said it is already on the way to us. In reality, after 40 min nothing happened so we called them and the lady who answered and who did not speak English very well and she was struggling to understand and speak was asking all kind of questions in regard to our order but she was ignoring our answers. In addition to this, she had no clue about our order and it took her 5 min to find it and both me and my husband had to speak to her so she can actually understand our query and do something about it. In the end she said it will take 10 min for the food to arrive and we said ok, we will wait.After a bit over 1h we receieved our orderand that was when I was just fumming. The food was nothing to what we have ordered, all pics they advertise can't be more misleading! They don't look like the pictures and they are not what they state (ingredients, items cooked)This ruined our family evening and the money we paid it was just a waiste, all "food" was thrown in the bin.Please do not get fooled by these scammers, I can't understand how they can possibly be still on Uber eats or other platforms or even sell food to people.

If I could give 0 star I would. This fast food restaurant is absolutely awful- terrible customer service, cancelled my food takeaway with no reasoning and without my consent, appalling attitude on the phone with one of your staff. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! My children are very hungry !!!!
