Horrible customer service.
Very rude!! Also just sprinkled the cleaning liquid as if he is going to run out ???. Asked for triple foam and he didn?t even clean with brush the rarer end and back glasses and after washing when looked one of my car wheels alloy is been scratched out.
Very poor !!
Lazy person didn?t realize I?m paying for the services and service given was very lazy ?? looks like he doesn?t want to work?

Visited yesterday and requested the £25 valet. Rude man opened the door and said he couldn?t do it for £25 as car was dirty! Well obviously! I?m not going to bring a clean car to be cleaned am I! Offered to do it for £45 instead. Told him to jog on and cleaned it out myself for £3 at the Starbucks garage in Mold!

Arrived around 9.15 . Asked politely for valet. Rude man shouted he had 2 to clean already and it would be over 2 hours, gave impression he didn't want another car to clean !. No problem I took my custom elsewhere, where customer service is important. Shame as other men normally working are very pleasant

Car was wasn?t open at 8am as advertised. Vacuum didn?t work and the attendant wasn?t interested in the fact that it had taken £1 of my money.

My partner took my brand new car in for a wash today, I have had it less then a month and it?s come back covered in lots of scratches. I am absolutely guttered. Please avoid, the brushes they use are way too harsh for cleaning cars?

Sorry but staff need to attend the wash as it?s in progress as yesterday it stopped moving half way through and my wife said the grandchildren where stressed and crying as my wife was pressing the horn multiple times for their attention to help out as they where busy hoovering cars outside ,don?t think she will ever use an automatic car wash again .Service: Car waxing
