My partner took my brand new car in for a wash today, I have had it less then a month and it?s come back covered in lots of scratches. I am absolutely guttered. Please avoid, the brushes they use are way too harsh for cleaning cars?

Sorry but staff need to attend the wash as it?s in progress as yesterday it stopped moving half way through and my wife said the grandchildren where stressed and crying as my wife was pressing the horn multiple times for their attention to help out as they where busy hoovering cars outside ,don?t think she will ever use an automatic car wash again .Service: Car waxing

Very poor prewash. Attendant more concerned with talking to his mate. A very quick blast on windscreen with pressure washer. No wheel bug clean etc

I have been visiting this car wash for at least 10 years. The staff have been very friendly and always courteous. They did an excellent clean and always made my car look like new. That was until I visited in December 2021.I asked for the valet inside and out for £25 and the attendant asked if I wanted detergent in the wash!! I asked politely what other kind of wash was there without the detergent? I didn?t expect the attitude I got back from him. After his awful response, I said I was going to take my car somewhere else. He insisted I should leave it to be done and as it needed the wash, I left it.I was very happy with my clean car, but I have not been back to this car wash since. Very bad customer service from one of the employees last December.

This is my favourite car wash to go to as every time I go they are so fast and good but also the price is so good. The guys who run it are charming and lovely and it?s now the only place I like getting my car cleaned. Highly recommend!Services: Car waxing

Don't quite get why have a taxi app. Then say they can't wash it coz it has a taxi sign on the top. Never had issues at any other car washes
