I had my first ever opticians appointment and it was a very relaxed appointment with people who were great at their jobs.

I?d like to make a formal complaint about a young store assistant named Meg, who was working on the beautician stand today. My Auntie, who is an OAP, quite clearly struggling with her mobility as she uses a walker, unfortunately had to experience this Meg?s awful attitude. ?I don?t know? she says, ?I'm just showing you where it is, I don?t work on here?. ?If you want help, you?ll have to ask them up there?. Sorry, what? Shocking representation for the boots brand. She ought to be ashamed of her zero customer service skills. How has she found herself in this role if she?s speaking to customers like this?I go over to the ladies who were ?over there?, to ask for help and they could tell we were both feeling very frustrated with this Megs attitude.There was absolutely no need for it, how was my Auntie to know she didn?t work on the perfume department? And if she didn?t want to help, she needn?t be so rude about it! It?s not difficult to say, I don?t know but I?ll find out? Poor representation. Beautician Meg absolutely let the Boots team down because we won?t be back.

Finally after 2 days phoning i managed to get through, google web site has incorrect tel number, arrived to collect glasses and wrong prescription lenses fitted, actually hurt my eyes to see through the glasses, and glasses had dirty grease type film on lenses,Not prepared to chance a second attempt, cancelled the order.Paid a for second eye test at different opticians, my my eye sight test was different as to what was given at boots ?

Went in for a regular eye test.They were all very professional and they seem to have all the latest equipment.They were very busy - always a good signHowever I was seen straight away.Recommended!
