I have contacted the store on multiple occasions trying to get some help book a holiday. So many promised emails and calls that have not been made. Very disappointing.

I called the tui store in Bridgend today, got through to a lovely lady called Stacey. She helped me all the way through from start to finish despite the shop being obviously extremely busy! Would recommend this store to anyone!
